Please note that Mexi-Can Labour Force Inc. and Mexi-Can Professional Services (“Mexi-Can”) operate this website for the service of its Clients (“Employers“); of potential Employees / Workers (“Candidates“) who wish to apply to jobs or submit their information to be considered as applicants to available or future jobs; of “Students” who wish to study abroad; and of “Schools” who wish to collaborate with Mexi-Can.
For the avoidance of doubt, this website is hosted by Mexi-Can. By requesting more information or to be contacted, or by applying online and / or submitting your Resume (or CV), you will be sending information directly to Mexi-Can. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website.

Aggregate information

Mexi-Can may gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website, which may include the information supplied by you, to help us to better understand our users and thereby improve our services and process.

Individualized Information

Information provided by Employers.

All information and data that Mexi-Can gathers from prospective clients (Employers) through forms available on the website is voluntarily provided by them. By completing and submitting such forms, you explicitly authorize Mexi-Can to contact you to supply more information on its services for Employers. Any such data or information provided by you will not be disclosed to or shared with any third parties, unless under prior written authorization given by you to Mexi-Can.

Information provided by Candidates.

We also gather information and data from Candidates as part of the processes involved in the Selection and Recruitment of Temporary Foreign Workers through forms available on the website. Such information and data is voluntarily provided by you. By completing and submitting the forms available on the website, you:

  • Attest and declare that all the information and data provided by you to Mexi-Can through use of its website is truthful, accurate, complete, updated and voluntarily provided at the time of submittal, and understand that providing false or incomplete information to Government authorities is a serious offense punishable by law both in Canada and Mexico;
  • Understand and agree that such information provided to Mexi-Can may be shared with potential
    Employers (Clients of Mexi-Can, both current and prospective) who might wish to evaluate, select and recruit Candidates as Temporary Foreign Workers, and you expressly authorize Mexi-Can to share such data or information with said Employers without being further consulted by Mexi-Can;
  • Understand and agree that such information provided to Mexi-Can may be used to complete the application forms required under Government programs applicable to the selection, recruitment,
    Work Permit and Visa authorization of Temporary Foreign Workers, including but not limited to the Labour Market Opinion Program, the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, related Pilot Programs (both Provincial and Federal), other Temporary Labour and Study programs, and any other applicable laws of Canada or Mexico. In particular, you agree that the information provided to
    Mexi-Can may be used as specifically required by the Governments of Canada and/or Mexico to complete Labour Market Opinions, Work and/or Study Permit Applications, and/or Visa Applications involving you, should you be hired by one of Mexi-Can Clients (Employers);
  • Understand and agree that we will collect your personal data in order to facilitate the recruitment, Work Permit and/or Visa Processes. This data will include but is not limited to the information you supply to us on your Resume or Curriculum Vitae (which would include, for example, name, address, date of birth, qualifications); Gender; Passport Numbers and Visa information; Family Information; Educational Background; Employment References; Drivers License information; etc. You hereby consent to us using the information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data), understanding and agreeing that: i) Mexi-Can takes its responsibilities in respect of your personal data very seriously and only allows access to your personal data to its staff, prospective Employers (its Clients) and / or applicable Government authorities in Canada or Mexico; ii) Mexi-Can is required by law to hold your personal data for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory obligations; iii) Mexi-Can will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal data is maintained and up to date; iv) You are obliged to inform us of any and all changes to your personal data to ensure that it is up to date; v) If we have no contact with you, after such a period as Mexi-Can considers appropriate Mexi-Can will archive your file or may delete it;
  • Understand and agree that the services provided by Mexi-Can in connection to the Selection and Recruitment of Temporary Foreign Workers are paid exclusively by its Clients (Employers), and that Mexi-Can will not charge any fees to the Candidates with the exception of those Government fees that might be allowed by law and applicable regulations to be charged to the Candidate at cost; you further understand and agree that you must never offer any Mexi-Can employee any compensation whatsoever as part of the selection and recruitment process, and that any such offer will result in the immediate termination of your application and deletion from our Candidate data base;
  • Understand and agree that Mexi-Can provides you access to this website in order to help you at every stage of the recruitment process, and that the services you will be provided with by Mexi-Can specialists as a result are part of Mexi-Can contracts with its Clients (Employers); moreover, you understand and agree that Mexi-Can makes no representation or warranty in relation to any appointment or Employment Offer obtained by you with its Clients (Employers) through this website or through any other means utilized by Mexi-Can as part of its processes;
  • Understand and agree that Mexi-Can is a Recruitment Agency that works for Employers, that at no point your relationship with Mexi-Can can be construed as employment or as an offer of employment with Mexi-Can, and that when submitting your information through this website or any other means you are applying to be hired by our clients (Employers) and not by Mexi-Can;
  • Understand and consent that by applying with Mexi-Can through this website, I am authorizing Mexi-Can to use my personal information as set out above, and that if I am unsuccessful in my application to its Clients (Employers), Mexi-Can may contact me with regards to opportunities that may be of interest;
  • Understand and agree that when Mexi-Can introduces any candidate for an assignment or employment with its Clients (Employers) either in person, by e-mail, telephone or any other means, the introductions will be subject to the Terms of Business agreed between the Employer and Mexi-Can.

Information provided by Students.

We gather information and data from Students and their families (“Students”) as part of the processes related to the enrollment of Foreign Students in schools in Canada, including those required by prospective Schools and by the Governments of Canada and Mexico. Such information and data is voluntarily provided by you. By completing and submitting the forms available on the website, you explicitly authorize Mexi-Can to contact you to supply more information on its services for Students. Additionally, by completing and submitting the forms available on the website, you:

  • Attest and declare that all the information and data provided by you to Mexi-Can through use of its website is truthful, accurate, complete, updated and voluntarily provided at the time of submittal;
  • Understand and agree that such information provided to Mexi-Can may be shared with potential Schools who you might wish to enroll in as a Foreign Student, and you expressly authorize Mexi-Can to share such data or information with said Schools without being further consulted by Mexi-Can;
  • Understand and agree that such information provided to Mexi-Can may be used to complete the application forms required under Government programs applicable to the Study Permit and Visa authorization of Foreign Students. In particular, you agree that the information provided to Mexi-Can may be used as specifically required by the Government of Canada to complete Study Permit Applications and/or Visa Applications involving you;
  • Understand and agree that we will collect your personal data in order to facilitate the School Enrollment, Work Permit and/or Visa Processes, as well as those necessary to secure Accommodations and Insurance should you be approved to study in Canada. This data will include but is not limited to the information you supply to us through this website. You hereby consent to us using the information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data), understanding and agreeing that: i) Mexi-Can takes its responsibilities in respect of your personal data very seriously and only allows access to your personal data to its staff, prospective Schools and / or applicable Government authorities in Canada or Mexico; ii) Mexi-Can is required by law to hold your personal data for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory obligations; iii) Mexi-Can will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal data is maintained and up to date; iv) You are obliged to inform us of any and all changes to your personal data to ensure that it is up to date;
  • Understand and agree that the services provided by Mexi-Can in connection to Students are paid solely by you (the Student and his/her family); you further understand and agree all your payments for services should be made to Mexi-Can in order to cover services invoiced to you, that you must never offer any Mexi-Can employee any personal compensation whatsoever as part this process, and that any such offer will result in the immediate termination of your application and deletion from our Student data base;
  • Understand and agree that Mexi-Can provides you access to this website in order to help you at every stage of the Student School Enrollment, Study Permit and Visa processes, and that the services you will be provided with by Mexi-Can specialists as a result are part of a contract between you and Mexi-Can;
  • Understand and agree that Mexi-Can is a Student Mobility Agency that works for Students, and that at no point your relationship with Mexi-Can can be construed as employment with Mexi-Can;
  • Understand and consent that by applying with Mexi-Can through this website, I am authorizing Mexi-Can to use my personal information as set out above;
  • Understand and agree that when Mexi-Can introduces any Student for enrollment with any School, either in person, by e-mail, telephone or any other means, the introductions will be subject to the Terms of Business agreed between the Student and Mexi-Can.

Information provided by Schools.

All information and data that Mexi-Can gathers from Schools through forms available on the website is voluntarily provided by them. By completing and submitting such forms, you explicitly authorize Mexi-Can to contact you to supply more information on its collaboration with Schools. Any such data or information provided by you will not be disclosed to or shared with any third parties, unless under prior written authorization given by you to Mexi-Can.

Your use of this site

In using and accessing this website, you accept not to use this website inappropriately, or for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could be harmful to Mexi-Can, its Clients, Students and/or Schools, including but not limited to transmitting on the website information that is inaccurate, incomplete or false (including biographical information about yourself and/or information about your ability to work or study in Canada or Mexico), transmitting any material containing any virus or other disabling devices that may interfere with the operation of the website, infringing any intellectual property rights of any third party, altering or deleting any information for which you have no authorisation to do so, overloading the website by spamming or flooding it or taking any action or using any device, routine of software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this website, attempting to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the website or doing anything whatsoever that affects Mexi-Can’s or others’ reputation or that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens others or encourages any illegal activity.

Mexi-Can shall determine at its sole discretion your compliance with the above and shall have the right to prevent you from using the website and/or to delete from the website without prior notice any material that it deems not to comply or to be objectionable for any reason.
