Recruitment

Recruiting is performed specifically for each industry with an active pool of over 2,500 candidates in our database. Mexi-Can has five offices in Mexico where all of our candidates are thoroughly interviewed and screened ensuring that complete control of the recruiting source is maintained.

Mexi-Can guarantees that any candidate presented to an employer for consideration has been interviewed and reference checked thoroughly. Employers are strongly encouraged to visit the Mexican offices to interview and hire recruited candidates themselves. This gives the employer the opportunity to meet the candidate prior to their arrival in Canada.

Upon selection of candidates, Mexi-Can completes the process for foreign workers to obtain work permit authorization. Mexi-Can services also include arranging for approved candidate’s passport, Canadian government approval letter, and preparing all employer/employee contracts required by HRSDC and CIC.

Settlement and Integration

Mexi-Can houses a fully functioning settlement and integration team responsible for looking after worker and employer needs prior to, and during the employment of a foreign worker.
